Returns & Refunds

All Discrepancies must be reported within 2 days of receipt of goods.


Any courier damage must be rejected from the courier, we cannot cover delivery damages unless you reject the delivery.

The pallets are clearly labelled.

We will rectify any issues in the best possible way or issue a full refund if Viable.

We cannot offer Refunds if there are no issues with the order.

All products are made to order please allow approx. 3-4 weeks before querying delivery.

All Bespoke Services require 50% deposit to secure bookings, 25% of this deposit is non refundable.
