All Discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of receipt of goods.
We will rectify any issues in the best possible way or issue a full refund if Viable.
We cannot offer Refunds if there are no issues with the order.
All products are made to order please allow at least 10 working days before querying delivery.
All Bespoke Services require 50% deposit to secure bookings, 25% of this deposit is non refundable.
